Systems for Success


The single most effective way to assure that your people will succeed in their jobs is to have clearly defined systems that spell out how the work should be done.


People generally do not want to fail in their work. And you, the entrepreneur, certainly want to give them every opportunity to succeed. 

When someone is failing in their work, remember that people don't fail, systems fail. First of all, do you even have a system that describes how to do the job? If not, it is highly improbable they will succeed at a high level.
